My name is Olivi<\/strong>a Kwon,<\/strong> and I am a senior attending the International School of Qingdao. I am honored to serve you as the Head Chair of the Human Rights Council at TIANMUN XIV.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When I first joined MUN, I remember feeling nervous about speaking up and unsure of the procedures.<\/strong> However<\/strong>, with each conference, I learned ho<\/strong>w valuable it is to share ideas, listen to others, and grow through debate.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

I hope you all take this opportunity to challenge yourselves, whether it be by making your first speech, asking a POI, or simply engaging in discussion. Every contribution, no matter how small, adds to the experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hello everyone!<\/p>\n

My name is Hanano Kato, a sophomore at the International School of Tianjin. It is a great honor to serve as your Deputy Chair for the TIANMUN XIV Human Rights Council.<\/p>\n

Whether this is your very first MUN conference or you’ve attended many before, I hope you approach this committee with confidence and curiosity. Every experienced delegate once started as a beginner, and every speech is an opportunity to learn something new. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself, ask questions, and share your insights.<\/p>\n

Remember that MUN is more than delivering speeches or winning awards\u2014it’s about collaboration, diplomacy, and addressing global issues from different perspectives. We are all here to support you throughout the conference, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any help!<\/p>\n
