My name is Crystal Ra, and I am honored to serve as your Head Chair for the Environmental Committee at TIANMUN XIV. I am currently a senior at the International School of Tianjin with a strong passion for science, global affairs, and Model United Nations. Throughout this conference, we will explore pressing environmental challenges and work together to develop practical, innovative solutions through diplomacy and collaboration.
Whether this is your first conference or you are an experienced delegate, I hope our committee will be a welcoming environment where everyone feels confident sharing their ideas. As this will likely be my final time chairing an MUN conference before graduating, I am especially excited to meet all of you and make this committee both productive and memorable. I look forward to seeing you all at TIANMUN XIV!

My name is Boyun Choi,a senior at Qingdao daewon school. It is my great pleasure to welcome you to TIANMUN XIV as the Deputy Chair of the Environment Commission. Having experienced MUN both as a delegate and a chair, I am excited to work with all of you and make this conference a meaningful experience.
The Environment Commission is a place to discuss pressing environmental challenges, exchange diverse perspectives, and develop practical solutions. I hope you will speak with confidence, listen openly, and collaborate with one another throughout the conference.
As your Deputy Chair, I will do my best to create a welcoming and productive committee where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas. I hope you enjoy the debates, learn from one another, and make lasting memories along the way.

Hello Delegates!
My name is YuJu Jeon, currently a sophomore at Tianjin International School. It is my honor to serve as this year’s Deputy Chair of the Environment Commission at TIANMUN XIV.
Thinking back to my first MUN conference, I was a quiet delegate who barely made a speech. Despite my fear of stepping to the podium, I was able to adapt to the conference environment through subsequent experiences. Therefore, I deeply understand how intimidating it can be for new delegates, and I would like to support each of you in stepping out of your comfort zone.
MUN is a place where you can share your innovative thoughts and participate in a meaningful debate. I hope that this committee will be full of passion and joy, creating an environment where everyone can enjoy the conference.
