General Assembly 2 (Deputy Chair) – Gloria Kim
Hi Everyone and welcome to the 5th annual TIANMUN conference! My name is Gloria Kim, and I am currently a sophomore at Tianjin International School. It is my utmost honor to serve you as your deputy chair for General Assembly 2 for TIANMUN 2017. This would be my fourth year of participating MUN, third year of TIANMUN, and my first year of experiencing as a deputy chair. Although, it would be my first time chairing, I would try my best to serve each and every one. In my experience, doing Model United Nations was the best choice for me to step out and engage with other people and speak out, and this is what I want most of the delegates to feel when they are doing MUN. It might be challenging if it is the first time, but as you talk more you can gain confidence and make more friends.
