Advisory Panel (Deputy Chair) – Michelle Zhang

Esteemed directors, officers, and delegates:

My name is Michelle Zhang and I am currently a Year 12 student at Dulwich College Beijing. It is my pleasure to serve as your Deputy President of the Advisory Panel. I first became interested in MUN in Year 9, out of mere curiosity and fascination. Since then, I have always enjoyed taking part in MUN and the interesting and engaging debate has never ceased to be fun. Through writing resolutions as a delegate and research reports as a student officer, MUN has also allowed me to become more aware of global issues. After three years since my first conference in Shanghai, I’ve attended six conferences across China. I’ve had the pleasure of attending conferences as a delegate, and I’m beyond thrilled to experience debate from a different perspective. I’m looking forward to witnessing fruitful debate and intellectual discussions between delegates, as well as making TIANMUN V a memorable conference for everyone!
